Worst company ever!!!!!!!
Horrible. Company doesn't have enough drivers but still continues to accept pre-bookings. So taxi is late and customers are forced to wait. Driver even didn't bother to apologize for being late. Would not recommend for anyone and definitely not using again myself. Have a nice bankruptcy.
Easy to download prompt service
Better than Uber in every way - scheduled pickup arrived the next morning perfectly on time, spacious clean black cab with helpful driver, provided real time tracking which was accurate, and the fixed trip price only £8 for my regular trip to the train station - 2/3rds of the price of an Uber!

03/2020: Been using the service for two years. App update and everything goes south. Cannot enter card details at all now 03/2022: massive improvement in the app. Well done. Went from 2 star to 5.
